Changelog
v0.4.1Every change shipped to the Mazze Explorer, newest first.Changelog and favicon
- AddedChangelog page with the full release history, linked from the version and a Changelog button in the footer.
- AddedMazze favicon for browser tabs, bookmarks and the iOS home screen.
Mining traceability
- AddedMiner profile page (/miner/…): rank, pivot and uncle blocks, network share, estimated hashrate, rewards earned, first and last block.
- AddedEvery block a miner produced, paginated and filterable by pivot or uncle, with difficulty, hash quality, transactions and reward.
- AddedCSV export of a miner’s blocks for the last 24 hours, 7 days or full history (latest 200,000 blocks).
- AddedPer-block mining rewards (base reward and fees), indexed from genesis once each epoch is confirmed.
- AddedBlock production chart: blocks per hour by miner over 24 hours or 7 days, with average difficulty.
- AddedFull miners table (all miners, not only the top 5), uncle rate, 24h rewards and a feed of the latest mined blocks.
- Added“Mining activity” link on block pages and a miner badge on the address page of any address that mines.
- ChangedEach miner keeps one color across the site, assigned by when it mined its first block.
- FixedThe mining page loads in about 1 second instead of 4 — miner statistics are now cached.
Shielded space
- AddedShielded page: pool backing, notes in the tree, shielded transactions, fees burned and lane parameters.
- AddedShielded transaction page with nullifiers, commitments, public in/out amounts, fee, tree positions and skip reason.
- AddedShielded section on slot blocks, and search by body hash, nullifier or output commitment.
- AddedShield-in deposits link to the shielded transaction they fund; the bridge contract is labelled “Shielded Bridge”.
- ChangedThe Shielded row on the dashboard shows the real pool backing and transaction count.
- InfraSupport for the shielded-space node release (v2.2.0); shielded data is read from the public node ports.
Complete chain history
- AddedFull history: the indexer now backfills every block and transaction down to genesis instead of the last 3,000 epochs.
- FixedThe explorer no longer wipes its database when a node restarts or briefly disagrees at the chain tip; a chain relaunch must be confirmed against the genesis block on every node.
- InfraIndexer roughly twice as fast (higher concurrency and connection pool, new database index).
Live DAG redesign, back in sync
- AddedRedesigned Live DAG: continuous camera motion, pivot-chain spine with flowing energy, animated block arrivals and a “mining” slot for the next epoch.
- AddedHover a block in the DAG to highlight its parent, referees and children.
- FixedExplorer stuck on stale data: it is now pinned to the live nodes and re-checks every minute which node is ahead.
- FixedThe latest blocks were shown about 30 minutes late on the current chain; they now trail the tip by 5 epochs.
- InfraDetects a chain relaunch even when the new chain is already past the old checkpoint.
Node connection limits
- FixedBounded the connection pool to the nodes (previously more than 200 open connections).
Security update, database-first reads
- ChangedBlock, transaction and address pages read from the explorer database first, falling back to the node.
- FixedNext.js patched to 15.5.20.
- InfraAutomated dependency updates (Dependabot).
First release
- AddedMazze DAG block explorer: Native and eSpace (EVM) blocks, transactions, addresses, tokens, epochs and mining, with a live DAG on the dashboard.
